BREATH ESSENTIALS is a series of experiential, ‘hands on’ seminars for personal development that targets breath as an essential foundation for health, well being and performance at home and in the workplace.

Clinical practice and scientific evidence suggest that many people develop reduced or incorrect breathing habits over time. This often contributes to lower energy and performance, increased and sustained stress, compromised immune systems and more frequent illnesses.

Most of us change our breath under different circumstances. Sometimes we limit our breath and reduce breath function, misplace breathing patterns and change breath habits that impact health over time. These habits can become associated with imbalance in our muscles, posture, movement, thoughts and messages.

BREATH ESSENTIALS is designed to strengthen breath as a basic, essential function within a balanced system. It addresses our daily practices and supports integration of healthy breath patterns. If we develop healthy patterns for ourselves, our breath can work for us during the hard times that we all experience.
