is a clinical massage therapist with over 30 years of experience. His background includes health-based work with clinical populations including pre-surgery, post-surgery, pain management, cancer and neurogenics. His work with BREATH ESSENTIALS focuses on health promotion through awareness of body alignment and muscle balance practices for everyday life.

Betsy Allard—strength in foundation, strength in breath

is a health practitioner and speech-language pathologist who has practiced for over 30 years in hospital, university, home and community settings. Her work with BREATH ESSENTIALS focuses on establishing functional breath patterns as a foundation skill for everyday life.

Kelly Beale—ease of movement, ease of breath

is an integrative health practitioner and body worker with over 20 years of experience. His practice includes Feldenkrais and Chi Gong. His focus for BREATH ESSENTIALS provides gentle, extended movements, stretching and calming practices for everyday life.
