Seminars
There are two components for each seminar.
1. An evaluation intake meeting occurs with the faculty to identify individual profiles. This helps participants work more specifically on their own personal development. An appointment is scheduled prior to the seminar for this purpose.
2. The seminar is in a group format over a three day period. The group size is 14-20 participants with 3 seminar leaders. The format is interactive and casual. Leaders demonstrate practices and provide discussion of pertinent aspects of breathing more fully.
Series
Part 1: Functional Breathing for Everyday Life
Part 2: Breathing for Everyday Movement
Part 3: Breathing for Communication at Home and Workplace
Note: It is the responsibility of each participant to check with their health professional prior to attendance to ensure that they can participate in practices that involve breathing, walking, massage and stretching. These skills are practical and easy to do for those in generally good health. This seminar is not rehabilitative but rather promotes and seeks to extend health benefits to those without known or suspected clinical conditions.
